Nice hotel.

Super location, right in the center of Würzburg, near the Market. Neat and clean, spacious room. No breakfast was served because of Corona, which was a bit disappointing for us. This was also not mentioned on the website, sloppy.

Friendly, adequate, good location.

Everything was very clean, very nice man at the reception who gave us a friendly welcome, very good downtown location, but also very quiet at night and during the day. The view was unfortunately not what we hoped for and the room was rather simple, but still okay. Parking spaces on site.

The internet is mega bad 🤬, otherwise the rest are acceptable

Good city location, but the ravages of time are gnawing at the decor. Have been coming for 25 years. The service has waned.

Was OK! Breakfast was terrific. Unfortunately the bathroom was not cleaned very thoroughly. After appropriate consultation at the reception, this was however made up for. Insofar everything is ok.

5 stars for a 4 star hotel. Everything as usual, only the breakfast has become a bit slimmer since 2018. (It'll be all a tick smart'er) 24h / 7d, nice, friendly, convincing, accompanied service. Thank you and gladly again.

A nice but not cheap hotel. I received a very friendly welcome on arrival and everything went smoothly. The room itself was very nicely decorated and also very clean. I have to say, I felt comfortable here. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also great. The rolls were delicious, as were the sweet pastries. Furthermore there was actually everything your heart desires. In a nutshell, the hotel is a clear recommendation!

The best thing about the hotel is the location: close to the city center, you can reach the theater, the cathedral, the residence, the main bridge ... The check-in and check-out is very fast. I think the value for money is right. The breakfast has a large selection, only sometimes is in the beginning of the breakfast room completely full! The single room was nice, the bathroom a bit small. What you have to note: Due to the central location you are at night or early in the morning involuntarily ears of the drunken people, but since the hotel can not help it ...

Since the first, assigned to us room was already occupied elsewhere, we got a spare room, where in the bathroom, the sanitary facilities were so calcified, that we changed again. Not recommendable!

A really nice seminar hotel for us. I have good memories of it. It is centrally located and all our other destinations could be easily reached from there. The house cleaning was even so friendly, to clean me from one day to the next day my complete outfit (shirt + pants) and remove the spilled red wine almost spotless (at home in the 2nd wash it succeeded - it was indeed after all total 1/4-liter .... 🍷)

It's OK, yet not great.

I was a bit skeptical about booking this hotel because of the not-so-high reviews but I assure you that those who have left negative marks have needs that do not match these categories of hotels (4-star family-run). The hotel offers all the main comforts needed for a great stay, the continental breakfast is excellent and the reception staff very nice. Moreover the hotel is in the full historical center of the city !!!

If you go there is a bit hairy, because before is sign "Only residents" and quite narrow. You have to hand over the car key, because the 5 parking spaces are sorted out again and again and the vehicle is then towed by car in the basement. If you had said that before, I would have been less surprised that my vehicle was suddenly gone. Costs 12 € per day. Breakfast in order. Room too. Staff friendly. Can you recommend. Whether it was 4 stars, others have to decide. If you have unfavorable rooms, you walk a bit criss-cross.

Very close to town, friendly staff, great breakfast, rooms a bit getting old. But definitely recommended for a city break.

We spent a night at this hotel just a stone's throw from the center, with views of Marienkapelle and 200 meters from Alte Mainbrucke, the river Main Wurzburg Germany. Very friendly staff. The excellent breakfast, for tea lovers is the ideal place. 😉

Nice enough hotel. Kind of quirky on many levels. Good German breakfast. Responsive staff. When we complained about the a/c, it was fixed that day.

No pool for my wife, other wise a fantastic place

The room was ok only, especially the bathroom was very small. The breakfast is really nice and tasty!

We were told the AC was not working when we arrived but would be fixed. That evening, we were told it was working. It was not, and when I questioned it, I was told it would be checked. It never worked in our 2 rooms all night and the clerk in the am argued with me that it did. They did nothing about the bill and this hotel was exactly twice the price of the one in Rothenburg. Not worth the price.

Very nice hotel. The room was comfortable and the location of the hotel is fantastic

The hotel is centrally located in the pedestrian zone and within close walking distance to everything the city has to offer however the service there is terrible. The internet does not work in the entire hotel including the rooms. The rooms themselves seem to be at least 20-30 year old condition and needs updating badly. I had to request to be moved from my rooms as the electrical outlets did not work. There is nothing in this hotel that merits a 4 star rating.

Well located in the city center, it offers nice and very clean rooms nothing more. The rooms are not large, but even if somewhat dated, they are still well cared for, plus the courtesy of the girls at the reception really makes the difference, they gave me a broad and sincere smile. It was pleasant.
